About Us

The Flight Attendants’ and Stewards’ Association of the Philippines (FASAP) is a registered non-stock, non-profit, tax-exempt legitimate labor organization/ trade union/ employee association that has been in existence since 1960, and recognized by the Bureau of Labor Relations of the Department of Labor and Employment. Its membership is composed of the inflight safety professionals – the flight attendants and stewards- of Philippine Airlines, Inc. (PAL); and is recognized by the employer-company as the sole bargaining unit of the said employee group.

It was organized to promote the interest of the profession and to safeguard the rights, individually and collectively, of its members. It also aims to promote the general, moral, social, and economic well-being of its members, subject to all provisions of existing laws and regulations relating to labor organizations.

The organization, since its inception, is committed to professionalism, excellence in cabin services, passenger safety and the promotion of industrial peace.
